Is anybody else having problems with their premium membership? I can't watch the latest anime episodes and I'm getting ads on not my iPad and Roku devices. I have the annual membership and its active. What gives? This is really getting frustrating.

I got it once too before clicking the re-load button. I'm going with the 500 error (Internal server error code) as an answer.

Can you try logging out and logging back in? I don't see any records of you watching shows recently, so you're probably logging into a different email that's a normal member instead of your Premium Membership account.

The website has resolved itself. But the problem is still persisting when I attempt to watch on my roku device.
