I've seen this before, most of em are outdated or not really enforced laws.

In my state, mannequins can't be naked in windows, but women are allowed by law to be topless like men.

I think the people on the moon need to reevaluate their priorities...

Yeah, they don't make any sense.

I agree with you. If people are unhappy then they need a marriage counselor or just split and be over with it.

Why do I have to watch it outside CR?
Can you just post the gist of it on the thread?

When I was in college, I met a girl from Japan and she said that adultery is a crime where she lived too and people were even charged with it. She told me that if your husband cheats on you with another woman then you can actually sue the other woman, whether or not she was aware that your husband was married. I don't know if this is true though.

The cursing one seams out dated, but it just needs some editing. Adultery should be kept.

Well i don't see the negative in that situation (except if the girl didn't know the guy was married) because Cheaters don't deserve happiness imo.

After being cheated on 6+ times myself which is not even as bad as adultery .....i stop seeing people as human when they do something like that to someone else they can just die imo.

I don't understand the point in punishing the lover, since she/he is not the one who cheated on their significant other. When women get angry at "the other woman" it seems like misplaced anger if you don't even know the lady. All your anger and unhappiness should be directed at the person who did commit to you and failed to be faithful.

Most of the laws are intentionally trying to stop behavior with moral ambiguity, to point of even arresting people for being suspect of being morally ambiguous. The only one that really ticked me off is the sodomy one; not because I condone sodomy but because the federal courts are supposed to rule on the legislation of the land, and these state governments thinking they are in charge and ignoring federal mandate is atrocious. Personally I have never broken any of these laws except making a fake internet name, but even then I didn't use that name to hurt anybody. People are always concerned about these technicalities and little rules because they seem scary, but by and large the vast majority of normal people don't seem to mind or feel victim to government oppression.

America is strict when it comes to DUI's. In my state, if you're mowing outside drinking any alcohol beverage and a cop drives by and sees you, he's going to pull up in your yard and give you a ticket.
