Hello,

I've tried using the Contact Us section of the website to get some help with my issue, but after a week of emails I still haven't been able to get a conclusive result.

I signed up on the 4th via the crunchyroll.com/lootcrate link and I neither got my 30-Day Premium Trial nor my LootCrate code. I am 100% sure that I used the LootCrate link. I entered my email and my password and then I chose my PayPal account for my free trial membership, which this account was never upgraded to.

Anything that can be done to remedy this situation would be much appreciated.

I'm afraid I do not see any purchase history tied to your current account.
You might have made a typo when signing up for the Trial.

Will send you a personal message and assist you from there.

Having the same problem, also sent a message on Thursday but haven't gotten a reply yet.
