Easy. Dog Days.

There is a world where even if you are very average, would still be pretty fun and enjoyable. Pretty awesome entertainment with those 'wars', it's actually safe (the most damage you can sustain is clothing damage), and there is a heck of a lot of cute everywhere. Not a bad place to end up after jumping through a portal.

Second this. Most anime worlds would be terrible places to live.

Flognarde is about 95% safe, absolutely beautiful, and generally happy and that last 5% is nipped in the bud quickly by effective leadership. What's NOT to love even if you don't get groovy magical powers you can have a great time as grunt.

If I was guaranteed a halfway decent Linker Core Midchilda or other worlds under the TSAB from Lyrical Nanoha would be a close second for more or less the same reasons.

And since they are obviously in the same multiverse so I might be able to swing both.

Yeah, pretty well covered my thoughts there. When you think about it most anime worlds would either be just like ours or really bad places unless you were main character level in terms of abilities/skills/etc.

Looking at it from the best situation (you are actually pretty capable) it's a good place. You can take part in safe conflicts with the occasional demon battle being the only real risk. As a regular person? It's darn comfortable. You practically can't die from anything but old age. Good entertainment and can safely take part in wars on the grunt level.

Fair point as well that the Nanoha-verse is a good secondary option. So long as you are living on Michilda itself. I suppose it's kind of like Star Trek or something like that. On Earth in that case you are good, but wouldn't want to be on a less protected/developed world. With a solid linker core it'd be even better. You could be on a pretty well developed and entertaining planet. Bit more risks, but all in all pretty good. The more risky but potentially interesting life as a mage there, but even a civilian probably has it pretty good.

Fairy tail.....hopefully I could learn magic.

But the only way a person would be able to live in most anime settings is if they had a power granted to them like in any of the trapped on another world anime story.

With a power granted able to be a lead character or keep up...without...background character or victim.

Interesting question... I think there'd be a couple of interesting places to visit:

Gargantia (on the Verdurous Planet). I'm completely a mountain person, so I think living at sea would be a 180 turn around and therefore very interesting. I live on a tropical island right now, so it's kinda like that but not quite.

Yona of the Dawn. It would be awesome if my archery skills could be legitimately applied in everyday life for hunting and defense.

Fullmetal Alchemist. Alchemy. 'Nough said.

Hunter X Hunter. Who wouldn't want to learn how to use Nen?

I'm sure there are others, but that's the first 4 I thought of. None of them are completely without danger, but also aren't inherently trying to kill you.
