I write here and there but I rarely get a strong mind set going, though mostly because I end up getting bogged down in trying to figure out how to approach certain elements so that they flow. Another part would be the fact that its kinda like watching a movie/series you've already seen and while entertaining still is hard to dedicate time to focusing on it, since I've seen the stories I want to write already play out in my head. Though I do at least plan out structures (dimensional, political, etc), terminology, have a core idea on the main characters, and even a core idea of the story. For me it literally comes down to whether I can focus or if there's something else going on that is pulling my attention (usually manga, anime, or games).

I love it, but aside from everything such as work, etc, I'm waiting for the inspiration to write again. I haven't written in about 6 months.

I'm currently writing a novel (1/3 finished) as it's on my bucket list and it's generally enjoyable. I'm aiming high and trying to create an epic fantasy to surpass Lord of the Rings or The Runelords, though I lack the skill of those great writers. I have the core world, the characters and concepts all set, now it's a case of trying to find time to focus and write.

I tend to write when I can't find something to read that's satisfying. I basically decide the story and everything else based on what I'd like to read.

Haha haha there are gonna be a lot of plot holes in my part.

I'm just amazed how they made Bakuman. It's a manga where a pair wanting to make a manga. It's a manga within a manga.

I love writing stories! Currently on with a writer's block right now, but I feel that's slipping away pretty soon.

I like planning stories. I'll put hours and hours of effort into charting out how a plot will go, how the characters are interrelated, how the setting works, etc. But I hardly ever actually write anything. I lose interest after the planning stage; once I know how the story is going to go, there's little appeal in putting in the work to turn into something I can share. I generally drop my projects after the planning stage in favor of something new to plan. It's a really bad habit.

Why not find a co-author to actually write the stories and share the credit?

I'm writing a Fairy Tail fanfic right now and my beta reader keeps me committed to it.

Yes, though my focus comes and goes. The inspiration is always there and I don't find it difficult to come up with ideas. It's just getting myself to sit down and focus on writing that's very difficult to do sometimes.

I have the first part of a story I'm working on in my pages section if you want to check it out. It still needs to be revised, so I'd appreciate some feedback. Heh...

I was writing a bedtime story for Serenity-midnight cuz she was having trouble sleeping.

I need to get back to finishing it for her. Titled it, Serenity's bedtime story: The Forest dragon.

It's on my pages now. http://www.crunchyroll.com/user/pandrasb/pages/Serenity_Bedtime_Story

I did it on skype lol

I once wrote a story. My teacher called me in and just stared at me... then she told me she had nothing to say and so dismissed me. A few days later, I got moved down a set and the vice principle had to teach me.

I was gonna ask what the story was but then i got kinda scared. i'll just not ask, if you're going to explain only do it if the story isn't scary >_>

I LOVE'd writing stories. I would actually love to get something published. I have no problem whipping a story up out of thin air and elaborating on it. but once it comes to the ending i'm completely lost. I'd even be open to writing a story with someone just so they would come up with the ending of course we'd have to agree

As long as it doesn't have to be realistic. School doesn't agree with me on that, though.

Yeah, i was around 13 and i wrote about slavery. I remember there was something about this little girl getting raped by 2 men, killing her and then dumping her body in the garden of her father. Hahaha, it was so lame xD.
