I haven't gotten sick in years. It's bound to happen sooner or later, when it does I won't be ready.

Once if I'm lucky, twice if I'm not. Thrice if it's a really lousy year.

I came down with a chest infection that escalated to really awful pneumonia in 2014, I couldn't sleep without sitting upright or else I'd choke... among other things. until something more severe than that comes along, I consider myself pretty fortunate to end up with lesser sicknesses. It took months to regain my proper strength back, after i was in the hospital for two weeks basically.

I used to get colds all the time several times a year and they would last for weeks. Then I started taking some good quality (read: expensive) probiotics daily for about 6 months, along with eating fresh veg, kept it up with yogurt and/or kefir after that, and I haven't had a single one for about six years now.

I don't count lol but i do joke that i get a cold every other week [usually just hay fever lol]
I don't drink enough so that explains why my cold tends to last for ages.

Between once a year and once every two years. We don't have kids though, so when I was volunteering with children I got sick a lot more. I mostly get sick when the weather switches too quickly from cold to hot and then back and forth a few times.
