Off the coast of Vancouver Island, in British Columbia, on the island of Lasqueti, there is a breeder by the name of "Tikki Smith", owner of a mass amount of Saint Bernards. In this video, the forty two saints can be seen in a forest, Tikki's son toddling around them. Their audible breathing really does sound like that of a saw or a helicopter.

My first thought goes to… well, can you imagine the amount of POOP?

When I was in junior high, I used to walk past a house that had two Saint Bernards in the back yard. I'd go over and say hello and pet them, but never went into the yard itself.

One day, the lady who owned the dogs was in the back yard, feeding them. She saw me, waved, and invited me in to play with the dogs, since they liked me so much.

I walked in, the dogs saw me, and it was "OUR FRIEND!"

So the two incredibly happy 150+ pound dogs hit me (weighing maybe 120, including backpack) at a full gallop.

And then tried to drown me with slobber.

Here's another video, the dogs were mentioned in an episode of something called "Off the Grid", skip to 8:40 for slobbering doges everywhere.
