Hey CR Forums! I recently put together because.moe, a search engine for finding legal streaming sites to watch anime.

So far, it includes support for the US (CR, Funimation, Hulu, Netflix, Viewster, and Daisuki), Canada (CR, Funimation, Netflix, Viewster, and Daisuki), and the UK (CR, Netflix, Viewster, and Daisuki). It also works on both your computer and on mobile.

I'm working on adding support for more sites in the UK, along with Australia and France. I'm also working on resolving some of the issues with duplicate titles, shows being behind an authentication wall, and differences in naming for seasons of shows.

Thanks for checking it out! Let me know if you have any suggestions.

I like it. Saves time unlike the other search engines. ex:google, bing, yahoo.

This is pretty good, since google and other search sites put up tons of illegal sites before the legal sites.

Like just now, I went to google to look for One Piece episodes and CR is like the third website listed after two illegal sites.

Doesn't have a Tan link I noticed, seems people either dont know about em or forget about em.

Would also be nice to have a link to MAL/ANN/anime planet for info on the anime.

Great job! As Haruna-kai pointed out I'm not sure if you've seen but The Anime Network is now o both cable tv and Roku boxes in the U.S. as well as their own site and they have quite a few titles exclusive to themselves (ones they don't put on Hulu).

Kotori~~~~~~~ perfect!!

((fyi: when I put K, the series K doesn't come up, same with X. I don't know if those series just aren't streaming (though I'm pretty sure they are), but there might be an issue with extremely short titles that are often part of other titles. Like googling "Love Live". )

(fyi II: support for Japanese titles? Like if someone doesn't know the English title for "Hataraku Maousama," for instance. (nevermind about duplicates (e.g. "Maoyu" vs "Archenemy and Hero"), I see you're on that)

Not trying to nitpick, just trying to be helpful. This is a great thing!

Other legal US sites:
http://www.manga.com/titles (Manga Entertainment, classic anime)
http://www.crackle.com/shows (sub-select the anime genre)
https://www.viki.com/explore?country=japan&genre=anime
http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_1?url=search-alias%3Dinstant-video&field-keywords=anime

I suppose picking out the "official/legal" Youtube channels might be a bit difficult...

Awesome, thanks! I'm trying to automate as much of this stuff as possible, so Crackle and Viki will probably come after I get Australia and France up and running (since there are so few shows). Amazon and Manga have a decent selection, i'm looking at the best way to catalog those.

Although I don't use those, this website is pretty nice.

A few I know of:
GundamInfo
Nozomi Entertainment
Manga Entertainment

The latter two shouldn't be high priority, as their content is likely available on Hulu, and for Manga Entertainment, at their own site. The Manga Entertainment YouTube channel is also a bit problematic in the anime episodes are buried under among a lot of other content such as clip collections. Both would probably be more useful for persons in Canada, and for Manga Entertainment, possibly other countries.

GundamInfo, however, is the only legal online source of some Gundam series.

Speaking of that, I was surprised to see they appear to have subtitled episodes of Mobile Suit Gundam UC (Unicorn):
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLJV1h9xQ7Hx_hd1YSXjQxhZnghroH-o5Z

I expected when I clicked on it I would be given a prompt to purchase for rental (as YouTube does have that capability now), but that wasn't the case When checking each episode, however, only 1 & 3 would play for me. 4-7 (and 2 for some reason), gave me the message about not be available in my country.

This is great, thanks for sharing mate!

Doesn't look like it's completely up to date though, because it says that Crunchyroll doesn't have Prison school ^, but great nonetheless.

Bro I think this is a great start and a good idea! This could be very helpful for a lot of people (including myself). And I also 1-up what Haruna said:
