Account Recovery, Over Two Days without response from support ticket.
Posted 9/14/15
This is an alt account for obvious reasons. I've been in contact with Moderator MakotoKamui since the day I noticed my account was no longer accessible.

My original account, Axoren, was hijacked. It's a premium account on which the password and email were changed from what they were. I've submitted a report over 48 hours ago (Saturday, September 12, 2015 at 5 AM EST). It was then that I sent the first support ticket that I just believed that my account was inaccessible. In it, I sent a screenshot with my paypal receipt (will not post here for obvious reasons). It was only a bit later that same morning that I checked my accounts profile and saw that it was logged into and appeared "Online". This clearly wasn't me as I was unable to access my account. So, I Reported Unappropriate on my own account in hopes of catching someone's attention while the proof was fresh. This is what got the attention of MakotoKamui.

All of this has happened no later than three days after my last billing cycle payment, so I've already filed a dispute with Paypal to stop whoever has my account from further charging for services to it.

This forum may not be the best place for this kind of post, but the list of categories doesn't have a better fitting category for this thread. I've sent a support ticket and a Paypal dispute to Crunchyroll and have yet to be contacted by anyone other than Moderator MakotoKamui about it. MakotoKamui has been very professional and has made efforts to follow up.

Please, at least acknowledge my support ticket. I don't feel as if being a premium membership is giving me the VIP attention claimed to be awarded by the http://www.crunchyroll.com/help?topic=contact page.

Thank you.

Took care of it and replied to your ticket.

I received your email, but this account was actually on the same email, so the password reset link targeted this account instead. I tried changing this accounts password and then retrying the "forgot password link" but it says there's no user with this email address.

Could you please look into this again now that this alt account has a different email?

Email on the account that was compromised is a hotmail address.

I was typing it incorrectly a few moments ago. I've recovered my account, now.

Please feel free to delete the Axoren2 account.

Thank you. You've been a great help!
