So let it be known that i have no idea how to find what i want to watch. Or if Crunchyroll even have it.
I been using Crunchyroll for some time yet its hard to find new anime that i think could be fun to watch. Like today i was in mood for Steam punk. And i turn on my xb1 and search for steam punk. Nope. So I tried to search for spesific shows in the genere meantioned on this forum. Like Full Metal Alchemist or Last Exile. Nope.

I live in Norway, And i like anime but is not submerged in it. Im not knowing the difference of echi and seinen, for example. Is there a guide or toturial i missed? How do I find if crunchy roll have what i want too see?

Crunchyroll only has a very small amount of all the anime created, so you should widen your search to other sites...

There's not a terribly good way to go about it besides scrolling through the catalog and clicking on anything that might look interesting. Although that doesn't take as long as you'd think it would, especially from outside the US.

And for future reference ecchi = pervy while seinen = directed at adult males. So a lot of ecchi is seinen, but seinen can be a lot of other things too (action/adventure, violence, drama, non-ecchi romance, slice-of-life, mecha, etc.).

I've moved this over our Advice, Info, Recommendations forum.

As others have said, while Crunchyroll has a lot of anime, it doesn't have all the anime, and the selection outside of the US and Canada is even more limited. If what you particularly want to do at the moment is find what Crunchy has that you might like I suggest:

1) Looking through the alphabetical listing and clicking each to see what looks appealing, and trying a couple of episodes. These lists are filtered based on region, so whatever you see when you click these links should be available to you.

/videos/anime/alpha?group=all (alpha list on one page, but you have to click through to see anything other than title)
/videos/anime/alpha (gives you a thumbnail image and a brief blurb, but you need to click through letter by letter)

2) Ask for recommendations here in the Advice, Info, Recommendations forum -- letting people know some particulars of what you are interested in. Per CR's site rules users can't suggest pirate sites and the like, but they can help provide titles for you to find on your own, and may be able to suggest best ways to watch anime legally in Norway. (Maybe look at Daisuki.net. Like Crunchyroll they do have restrictions by country, so I'm not sure if they have much for Norway or not, but you could take a look.)
