Sexiest way to say I love you: In one of the African languages!!!

I thought in one of the languages from africa that there was some clicking of the tongue involved.... that would be , by far, the best route to go.

Wish I knew how to say it in Welsh. I'm sure it would sound nice. Though it seems incredibly difficult to pronounce. The French sounds nice too.
