I recently wrote multiple emails to crunchyroll over multiple days and have not heard back from them. They have charged my bank account for my premium membership on the eighth of this month and I am still not recieving Premium Membership services this is a very serious issue as they charged my bank a week ago and refuse to contact me or get back in touch with me about my issue. Is there anyone on this forum that can get them to check their emails as they currently do not seem to care about my issues or the factor that it is theft to take money out of my account and not provide the service.
