I sent a ticket regarding the Lootcrate activation code, and received a message informing me that the promotion closed on the 6th, even though I signed up on the 5th. I went to reply to the ticket, but I was unable to login to the domain crunchyroll.zendesk.com
I also tried creating an account, in case zendesk uses a separate account from Crunchyroll, but when I attempted to sign up, I was notified that my email address had already been registered, so that tells me they use the same account. I am able to login from the domain www.crunchyroll.com without issue. (I even used it to set a username to make this post).

Thank you for your reply. The code you sent worked without issue, though I am still unable to login to Zendesk. Hopefully, I won't have further use of it, but I would still like to be able to use the site in case further issues occur.
