I have recently downloaded the app fpr ps4.

To cut straight too the point... it sucks.

Ive managed to watch 15mins of sword art online movie.. i have had 15.. no lie 15 ads within the 15mins ive had to watch... basically 2 or 4 at the start (depending on if i had to restart the movie because crunchyrolls tells me i have no internet. Or it just plays the netflix ad ) netflix ad is the ONLY ad im getting as well

Everytime an ad plays the app tells me i require an internet connection amd to check mine...

Well i checked mine.. 11mb/s down 8mb/s up... no one is downloadibg or using the internet other than crunchyrolls (We are all trying to watch crunchyrolls together)

Either i have to restart crunchyTROLLS every 5 mins and watch the 2-4 start ads and all the ads between the start and where we are in the movie (3 sets)


Honestly within 45mins of having this app i have watched more commercials than i have movies/tv shows.. it is appaling and has already soured me to using the service or playing for it due too its poor attention to user detail and the amount of ads i am now being swarmed with each ad break.

All commercials now play twice and the start is always twice to 4 times. (2 being intended)

Dear Crunchyrolls,

You have already lost a potentail customer within an hour of using your program and said customer will not "word of mouth" anything 'good' about your service.

Shocked.. so many problems i dont even know where to begin.. after less than 2 hours of using this app for the ps4 i have removed it sent an email to playstation about their level of service (crunchyroll shouldnt be on PSN as they dont live up too the quality of servicr standards... its a law go google it)

Will not recommend this to anyone not even a person I hate as a means for torture.

Oh.. just a side note in the about 2 hours ive had crunchyrolls ive watched about 45mins of the netflix ad and about 30mins of actual anime...


Not impressed. More like a pushing scam stream and I have gone out of my way to let sony know with propf evidence.. this is not a service a paying customer or free viewer would accept. SBS online and ABC online do better jobs and they are 100% pure free services... 100% FREE service with 100% less problems...


Im so shocked and angry ive even taken too your forums hoping you will fix your... whatever you call this service... but the last update was 2013... its almost 2016 and some of the problems..,.sorry...MOST of the problems in 2013 sticky on sony products in this forum is still thei...


aka the level of service HASNT changed in 2 years... sad display of professionalism.... your mothers must be proud... grr
