Heck no. I take the hottest showers imaginable. Ice baths make me cry. Like it doesn't even have to be an ice bath...The trainers made me put my foot in the ice bucket (more than once) and each time I fought them because it hurts so dang bad. I'm a big baby when it comes to the cold.

Sometimes I'll take a cool shower after working out, but normally I like my shower to feel as if the devil himself is caressing my naked skin with his fingertips.

During the summer I will, but that's about it.

cold is a very relative term. when i come back from a volleyball tournament, the coldest the shower can get feels lukewarm.

Does suck, though. I had to ice and heat my knee in physical therapy. I liked the heat much more than the ice. The pain did go away when the numb set in, though.

No, well I do low the temperature when I'm almost done, but not much... if I ever take a cold shower, I get sick easily.. I like my pillow cold and my blanket cold, but definitely I won't let the air conditioner and the fan on.. lol

If it's hot out I'll turn the hot water down so it's about 65F.... That's rather brisk....
Much under 60 is damned cold.....

Just cold tap water around here is about 55 or less if you let it run...... Gawdammmed cold.....

Only if the heat and humidity are above 90, otherwise I steam myself to death.

...NO, no cold showers. Even soaking in the tub the water has to be so hot you must gently ease into it...feels great!

I can't start it off cold, but yes, I would consider my showers as cold showers. Currently anyway. Dunno if I can do that in the winter.

Occasionally. It's good for the groggy mornings when you need to wake up. It takes a bit of willpower to jump in there, so I usually stand under the shower head first, then turn it on so I can't chicken out.

I alway wanted to try out Ice bath.. I bet it'll help me get rid of the stress.. probably cause heart attacked! XD Probably awake you up more..

On hottest day I don't mind doing it, probably melt all the ice quickly and water no longer cold due to temp outside. I guess I can get people to pour some more ice in my bath.. just hopefully ice machine doesn't get worn out and break! XD
