I pre-ordered both Izaya and Shizuo renewal versions back at the end of April. I believed them to release in September, but I wasn't positive, so I went to double-check the release date on the page, but I'm redirected to the store main page with a notice saying "The product you requested does not exist." What does this mean? Why can't I get to the product page?

I checked on myfigurecollection {I know it's not a prime source}, and they have their release dates as 8/17/15 with people posting that they already received them. Though I know that it takes local retailers a bit longer to get them. But I know it released and wasn't cancelled.

I haven't heard anything from crunchyroll, but my order status is "paid, pending fulfillment," if that's any help. I would like to think that because the product "hasn't released yet," they would still have pages to check their descriptions and release dates. So this makes me a little weary.

Before I bothered the support team, I just wondered if this was abnormal, or if anyone else has{d} the same issue.

This happens to me as well. Best thing to do is contact the CR store and ask any questions you might have.

We routinely hide items from the store which have sold out in the meantime. You don't need to worry about you orders.

For updates on estimated arrivals, if any are available, , just /contact our customer service.
