First and foremost I apologize if there's already a post(s) or fourm(s) about this problem. If so I haven't combed through everything and I am sorry .
It seems that someone has been using my account and watching shows. I've changed my password and deactivated all devices multiple times now but it still keeps happening and it's driving me CRAZY .
My queue has shows in it I don't even watch and shows that I am watching has episodes that I haven't even gotten to yet as already watched. Is there anything I can do to fix this or someone knows what to do to put an end to this madness that's plagued me for the last few months.

how many devices you have activated right now ? I would suggest deactivating all of them then only activate one at a time . this way you might be able to catch the offending device . Also check your pc if you use it to stream . Malwarebytes is a good free program to use to find hidden malware . Be sure to click the check for rootkits option , it's not automatically . Another good one is Super AntiSpyWare , both available at majorgeeks.com site .

I think you should contact customer support directly using the Contact Us form. Even if you've changed your password it would still be possible for someone who had previously logged in with an older password to keep using the account as long as they never logged out, but maybe something else is going on since it's been so long.

I been trying to contact support myself with someone taking over my account and changing the email information since last week but I haven't gotten any respond back.
