I got my first laptop in 9th grade, about 7years ago, it worked fine and all but slowly got problems, in the end even after trying to get dell to send parts and fix it as well as sending it to them, it wont even turn on without a cord plugged in and the slightest movement will make it jiggle and turn off
graduation i got a new computer, in the first week I had problems and called, every month for 2 and a half years, mother board exchanges, battery replacements, fan replacements, still didn't work, the warranty expired , I luckily told them to at least give me a new warranty , finally they sent me a replacement computer and this one doesn't work as well. and im going through the whole process again , with THIS one ive sent it out to them and it came back worse than before, covered in dirt and dust, lines on the inside of the screen , it wasn't even in its protective weather casing inside the box, when I turned it on I couldn't do anything without the whole thing flashing like a seizure.
just, what in the world do I do

never had to deal with their customer service, but judging from your posts, it doesn't seem like a pleasant experience...

My dell laptop has a "dead battery" that works just fine, but theres this huge notification on the screen that tells me I have a dead battery. You cant dismiss it and if you use the task manager to turn it off it comes back in a few seconds. But it runs WoW at 8 FPS so its such a beastly computer.

I've used a Dell UltraSharp monitor for quite a while and I've had zero issues with it. Dell monitors really hold up.

This is obviously a troll thread. Nobody buys Dell or HP products.
