Fuck this site seriously, first of all I cancled my premium but still got charged for another month. The least they can do is provide decent streaming. I use to be able to stream just fine and fast a few months ago but now it keeps skipping and buffers super slow when I'm trying to watch one piece.

Before you say get the newest flash and clear your cache, bla bla bla FUCK YOU. Google chrome automatically updates to the latest version of flash and I already cleared everything from cookies to cache to history. I might as well spam this on every thread, what a fucken shit site this is.

Please do not spam every thread.

I have moved this to the Suggestions/Feedback forum.

If you canceled your membership so close to the renewal day that the payment was already pending so you couldn't cancel, then I suggest contacting customer support directly using the Contact Us form to see if they can cancel and give you a refund.

I have found the streaming quality to be great personally, and I use it a LOT. Premium membership is definitely worth it.

I agree with some of diezgentlemen's complaints.

The video streaming has been shitty for the past few weeks in certain regions. What I ascertain from other threads over the past few weeks is that this issue is only in specific regions. Probably, their servers that are serving certain regions are shittier than normal. CR needs to pour in more money into their content-delivery service.

Since it's not locked, I want to put my input.

I asked about my quality as a premium before, and was informed that it's most likely loading was taking forever on my end. So technically if you're getting horrible quality, that's just you. Everyone else is getting wonderful quality. So premium is a definite worth.

You might want to read the numerous threads where people have documented that they get extremely high speed from every site but CR. The fact that CR almost always says it's your computer, your ISP, etc (or remains silent when it's so obvious that not even you would believe them) doesn't make it true.

Well, I never had problems with Premium on CR before except that one time when the video just got uploaded into the site. But that is just my opinion, and my honest words, if I don't have problem with being a Premium for CR then, that's that. If I do, I wouldn't be a Premium then.

Odd that it works fine for some and not for others. Something CR did a few weeks ago made video playback choppy at anything above 480p and it has to be something on CR's end. 1080p worked fine for a couple days last week, then when back to choppy.

This is not the first time I had this problem in the last 3 years, but has been the longest time since they have had it fixed. My Premium is up in Dec, so if they don't fix it by then I will have to go elsewhere, though I rather stay with CR.

I can only watch in 480 if I am lucky / but still stops playing / especially yje middle and end ( like the last 3 minutes ) has lots of posts about that !

Then there are days it will stream fine > So I always get the advice (loosely) that's it on my end ( others end ) So why not all the time !

I clean my cache upgrade all the software Have two different browsers !

Now this not an endorsement / preference but I can Stream at Funimation with little or no hiccups !

I swtched to HTML on you Tube and before vidoes were pausing / bit now are problem free!

I have been sending in work tickets for well over 2 years now !

I also have checked some posts and iot seems like in the east (US) is a coommon problem!

I have to constantly reload the show !

I turn off Hardware Acceleration ation as that helps also video smoothing ! Why is even video smmothing on the player options / I wonder if all that and coding is a problem too! The only site I know of with so many player choices !

I pay for this but half the time I watch elsewhere!

Now I am dont have a BA degree in businees / but dont you think you would have more paying members and yes even keep paying members if the streaming was problem free! I see so many I had it with paying for lousy service!

The streaming quality on this site does seemed to have gone down. It hitches and hiccups even on 720p, when I have no trouble watching 1080p on other streaming sites (Amazon Prime, Netflix, mostly).

In the past it was better, but nowadays, I either have to put up with the stuttering and stalling or switch down to 480p, which is a dealbreaker for me. Plus, the performance on the PS3 kind of sucks. I don't know what the issue is with streaming nowadays, but I wish it would be resolved.
