Originally my problem was I signed up for a free month of CR and got only 2 weeks before being charged. I sent an email asking what happened and why was my trial finished 16days early.
I got a reply within hours and I replied with the information he had asked for. And now after a few weeks of replying and 1 more support claim I have not heard from anyone at all with either claim.
Am I somehow replying to the email wrong? Lol or is my case just somehow buried and lost in the other claims?

If you got charged after 14 days you likely only had a regular free trial. OR you have 2 accounts.


*edit* Just checked your account history. You indeed only had a regular trial, started via a PS4.

So i found the issue just now. I found the link i used to sign up. If it says i signed up through my PS4 then thats weird but i found a trial through this site

And when i click on their link to the trial is says 30-day. But when i link their trial address into her directly it says 14-day.

Is no one going to address the fact a crunchyroll sponsored promotion did a bait and switch? If the promotion is over then it should be removed and not advertised to give something it shouldnt be. I also dont unserstand why it says my service started on the PS4 when i onky used it to watch stuff, i started it all from my laptop.
Is it normal for customer support to take weeks to not reply to your claim? The streaming service has been awesome, but the length in getting help worries me. I dont want to have to come here and bother you guys about something someone else is supposed to handle.
