Hello. I have a weird problem. There is a single episode of a particular anime that will not play, for whatever reason. Everytime I try, it crashes my flashplayer. In addition, no manga pages will properly load for me- even the ones that are accessible to nonmembers. This problem exists on both my laptop and desktop, and, as far as I can tell, it exists regardless of what browser I use. I have tried resetting my flash player cache, but that didn't help either. Does anyone have ANY idea what could do this? It's very frustrating.

I made a different thread for the same problem quite a while back, but I couldn't find it. So sorry for making a redundant thread.

Regarding the episode, have you tried a different resolution? Sometimes there's one that's bad when the other resolutions for the same episode work. (If that turns out to be the case you can report the bad one using  Contact Us in hopes it will get fixed for others, but at least you'll be able to watch a version in the meantime).

Hello. Thanks for the advice, but I'm afraid it didn't work. Since it's on both computers, could it be a site issue? Or is it more likely to be something on my end?

No idea then. If you would say what episode of what show it is, then maybe someone reading would be able to see if they are having the same problem. Also something more specific in terms of exactly what you are looking at for manga and at what point you get the problem.

Yes, of course. You would think I should have realized that I needed to give as much relevant info as possible.

Season 3 Episode 11 of The World God Only Knows. As far as the manga, I haven't tested it on all of them, but it at least affects the most recent chapter of Fuuka, as well as the first chapter of A Silent Voice. When I click on them, it goes to the webpage alright, and the grey box where the pages should be shows up like it would if it was trying to load them, but then it never finishes. It just stays there.

Hi again. Sorry to bother you, but I found out a little bit more about my problem, and wanted to see if it changed anything. It happened on another show, the same way as the last one. Anyway, I found out that the problem is somehow connected to my CR account, because if I log out, I can watch it still. Maybe that doesn't help any, but I thought I would at least ask.
Thanks again for trying to help.

Oh yeah. I kept meaning to check and every time I was browsing Help" and checking notifications and thought of it, I happened to be on my tablet and away from my computer. I did check just now to confirm, and I didn't have any issues. So, seems like it could be an issue with you specifically or with free accounts.

Since no one else has responded saying how they resolved similar problems, then I do suggest contacting customer support (if you've not done so already). You can use the Contact Us form for that.
