ive also been waiting for the support for 5 day due to my paid membership being completly removed when i paid for a month and lost it on my second day after canceling the automatic renewal and still no awnser, not even on the forum

Sorted your issue out. Please don't send multiple tickets in the future, doing that will *never* speed up anything and just slow everything down for everyone else.

If you get a minute, would you be able to please look into my ticket(s)? I've sent 2 in the past month, about 2 weeks apart from each. I've been trying to change my membership to just regular Premium (the $6.95 one). It kept saying I was not allowed to change it. Though, it doesn't matter anymore I guess since I was charged the $11.95 anyways despite me trying to change it weeks before it renewed..

I sent out a ticket and have only gotten one response asking for additional information and after I did so they haven't contacted me since! I'm being totally ignored and I was charged three times for one month! My bank account is crying

I need to contact CR to inform them that I'd like to pay for a full, one year subscription using a Visa debit card, but there seems to be NO POSSIBLE WAY to contact them!!

Since you are already premium, though, you will be told that you need to cancel recurring payments, then wait for the rest of the time you paid for runs out, then you can select one of the 12 month plans here:

/premium_pick_plan?membership=premium

or

/premium_pick_plan?membership=premiumplus

Note: 12 months = only 360 days because one Crunchyroll payment month is a fixed 30 days...
