I have emailed support numerous times with no response. seems like they only respond to forum posts as that has more public visibility... anyway, something weird happened a few days ago where a video I was watching suddenly froze, and my account was logged off. I tried logging back on again but it said I did not have Anime membership, which I do. I attempted to restore my iTunes purchase, as I created my account via Apple TV, but it continues to say "Unable to connect to the iTunes Store."

two emails to support and no response. does anybody else have problem with their Crunchyroll subscription and Apple TV? reading all of the other users frustrations with no response from support and I am amazed they're still in business..

You are very likely logging into the wrong account. The account you are writing from only had a premium membership through iTunes way back in 2014.

yes the iTunes account through my Apple TV is what should be accessing the Crunchyroll service... however when attempting to "restore" my iTunes purchase, it says cannot connect to iTunes... been saying that for weeks now, and logging on using my iTunes Store credentials comes back as invalid. I understand I am posting here via another account. any other suggestions?
