Yep. Looking forward to it. My campus is having a get together for those interested and I get extra credit if I write a page about it.

Slooh.com is showing it right now if you have too much cloud cover and trouble with the NASA feed on their website! So cool!

Just went out and watched it finish covering the moon. In Arizona

Didn't know about it until I saw this thread.

Just got to see it! I was near Salt Lake City, Utah, so I didn't get the full effect, but it was still pretty good.

Photo's kinda crappy because I had a hard time getting the setting on my camera right...

A bit cloudy here, but it's visible here. Brought my 3 year old out to see it, but he wasn't too impressed. Well, by 2033 when this happens again, he should be well old enough to appreciate it!

I missed the full eclipse but I did manage to get a few pictures.

I didn't get to see the red, though.

I don't know how this shape was possible... It looks like someone tore a hole in the sky.

I was working during the time that the moon was fully "covered".

Still, at least when I saw it (after a sliver of the moon was back to normal) the red seemed an extremely dark shade. Much like MightyMidgit's picture.

I'll admit that it did make the walk home a bit more interesting than normal.
