Recently been charged a month after cancelling my free trial early.

Contacted support weeks ago, still no reply.

Cancelled the premium membership today outright again. Contacted them about a refund.

Lets see if they reply this time.

Poor customer service guys.

Hello!

I just replied to your ticket. Both your emails were marked as "General question" instead of "billing". Since we're low on staff--extremely low on staff members, we've been unable to catch up on emails. And emails who have low priority or are marked as low priority are currently being answered late. Billing inquiries are more prioritized than anything else. We're looking to hire more people, so hopefully we'll have more help very very soon. :(
