Getting this error while trying to buy a month of premium membership.

I am really not sure about this, but my assumption is that crunchyroll changed something in the way paypal is used, maybe so that the user isn't redirected to paypal every time they buy something, and knowing how paypal is really strict here in germany, they are probably just not allowing that.

I had a friend try this too, and he couldn't buy it either (again, using paypal) so this isn't just my problem, and I also tried premium+ to check it is not just specific to that one item.

Does anybody else have this problem?
If yes, is there some official statement from crunchyroll about this? When will this get fixed? Will it get fixed at all?

I'm having the same issue trying to order from the Crunchyroll store, both with credit cards and PayPal. Assuming something is wrong on Crunchy's side; I've sent a support request via http://www.crunchyroll.com/help?topic=contact

Have a similar problem. But I get the message: "It appears as though our payment gateway is down at the moment. Your order has been queued for processing, and we will attempt to process it again shortly. Please do not resubmit your order!"

Contacted them about it, and waiting for a response. Sounds like an issue popped up recently, and they must have changed the error message to be more clear about what's wrong.
