I would like to get along/to be friends with/to be in good terms with (someone).

It has more meanings:

Usually is used to say you want to be friends or get along with someone, be intimate or close with someone, or when you want to settle a conflict or sort things out with someone.

Depends on context.

It's meaning is going to be heavily based on the context. The words indicate "I want to get along/let's get along" but if you say it in one situation, it means you want to be friends, in another it implies illegal collusion, in another it can be innuendo...

Isn't it a common phrase? Means to want to get along. It's related to 仲がいい。

Google translate is, in fact, not so good. Better to ask somebody who really knows both languages, the one you want to translate from, and the one you want to translate to...
