I wonder if we getting anymore anime tonight or gotta wait for tomrrow...Where is Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry?!

It was already announced as licensed by Sentai, so it is effectively assured to be a CR simulcast.

Not any more.

Well this is sure to backfire. Literally no way for us Canucks to legally watch it then.

Technically, what it says is:

Each episode of Chivalry of a Failed Knight will stream exclusively on Hulu during the first week of simulcast with free-to-user streaming available one week later.

Going by that, it's Hulu exclusive for the first week and free-to-user streaming after that.
So it might pop up on CR a week later.

Man I'm so pumped for both of these, after the disappointing (in my opinion) 'mystery' anime that was Ranpo Kitan last season, we're getting another season of Midsomer Murders: The Anime,

What is this Midsomer the anime you speak of???
Please be to explain, it is my favorite British whodunit series !

Is it just me or is this season a bit lackluster? Last season and all previous seasons I had several 5+ and in some cases 10+ series I wanted to watch, however, this season I really don't see any that particularly make me excited and since Naruto Shippuden is in infinite filler mode I don't even have that.

It's not just you. I find a lot of stuff on this list to be the kind of thing that's not on my top list of stuff to watch. I hope they announce some slice of life or moe stuff, like Yuru Yuri San Hai or Is the Order a Rabbit ??. As I get older, I find that I like milder stuff to help me relax at the end of the day rather than hot blooded action or serious drama.

Not many quirky comedies this time either. I was pleasantly surprised by Himouto: Umaru-chan and Actually, I am over the summer. The stuff I see in the fall lineup so far seems like things I'd watch once I ran out of my favorite types of shows rather than the ones I'd be excited to watch. Other people might like 'em, sure, but I have specific tastes that are different.

Thanks for adding Yosuga no Sora now I don't always have to exit out of crunchyroll to find it.

Well that's a kick in the pants (to put it politely). It also appears that they are also offering it only to subscribers during the first week:

Each episode of Chivalry of a Failed Knight will stream exclusively on Hulu during the first week of simulcast with free-to-user streaming available one week later.

The way it is phrased, one could interpret it two different ways:

"...will stream exclusively on Hulu during the first week of simulcast..." implies that is as long as the exclusive lasts.

"...with free-to-user streaming available one week later..." implies it will be available for free viewer on Hulu after a week (but would it still be exclusive?).

Was just thinking about giving the Lupin series a watch too after watching a couple of the films. Glad to see more older anime popping up on here as well! Are you also going to get the second half to Lupin Part II?

Also Comet Lucifer is one I've been excited for so I'm glad to hear it'll stream here. Also Yosuga no Sora seems like an odd pickup but I'll take it.

That's unfortunate for a lot of Crunchyroll users.

But if you live in UK & Ireland, you can still access the show on Viewster, courtesy of Anime Limited.

Viewster, who are currently ballsing up their premium service rollout. I had high hopes for the. earlier this year but their singleminded tatbox push and the inability to meet a launch day aren't really inspiring me with confidence.

Yeah.. Viewster rather strikes me as not verty competent. And thusly not worth the time. But sad to see comet lucifer with so limited territories.

I saw that Komori-san doesnt have a page yet and theres a missing title after Miss Monochrome and before Hacka Doll? It seems to be in an odd place to have to be announced in between two announced titles

I was referring to The Case File of Young Kindaichi Returns, it's extremely similar in feel to Midsomer Murders in my opinion, in how every case is about a rather gruesome murder but somehow the show still seems to remain light-hearted and easy to watch. If you've seen Midsomer I guess you'll know what I'm referring to, because despite the seriousness of the cases dealt with, it still never really gets very tense; it's the same kind of thing. Just kind of simple, enjoyable mystery solving.

(Also I kind of forgot Midsomer Murders is a programme most Americans won't have seen I tend to forget about the nationality barrier sometimes)
