You can play a Visual Novel, search the Steam store or download an emulator and plays some console games.

I played Mabinogi a while ago, its a MMORPG by Nexon. I don't think its doing nearly as well as before and you gotta socialize with a lot of people for it to be really fun.

There aren't that many PC Anime games other than Visual Novels, as many Japanese developers have their roots deep into console territory, but with the unified architecture of the PS4, XBox One and PC, a lot more Anime-based games are coming to PC.

The best bet right now would be to download some emulators and look for the ROMS/ISOs for games that you want to play.

Most anime games are visual novels if that interests you. I personally would recommend Hyperdimension Neptunia and Akiba's Trip on Steam if you're looking for some good anime RPG's.

Several good Visual Novels, including Fruit of Grisaia and Planetarian, with Clannad and The Devil on a G String coming later this year.

Valkyria Chronicles is a great tactical RPG

Long Live the Queen is a killer (literally) time-management / strategy game.

Recettear is a funny time-management game mixed with a dungeon crawler.

Sunrider is part Visual Novel and part space combat tactics game; it's episodic, and episode 3 is due out later this year.

Agarest: Generations of War is a pretty good JRPG with a somewhat tactical turn-based combat system, and an okay story.

Hunie Pop is a really good Match 3 game... if you don't mind the hyper-sexualized "plot".
