It depends on what kind of tea I'm drinking:

orange pekoe - sometimes
earl grey - most of the time
green tea - never
white tea - never
oolong - never
herbal tea - never

The only exception is if I make a matcha milk tea for breakfast.

Depends on how I feel ...
I definitely need milk in my latte. But I like green tea w/o milk as well. I never had chai without milk, so I don't think I can drink it w/o milk.

I like it as strong as possible with nothing added. My mouth should feel dry moments after I take each sip.

I like tea in my sugar, not tea in my milk.

Depends on the tea. Earl Gray gets milk or cream every time. Green teas, or red teas never do, as I prefer them plain. A nice Earl Gray with a sweet cream is actually pretty good.
