I trick or treated all the way up to 8th grade. I look at grade levels, rather than age, so I would say 9th grade is too old.

In my opinion, no one is ever too old to go trick-or-treating. Yea people will get embarrassed (including me) but if you're in your teen or adult years you're never too old to go trick-or-treating. There's no law to it, and why not go when your not a kid?

Uhhh... Never? I still go trick or treating and I'm like mad old.

I mean... What's the point of dressing up if you can't get candy for it?

But you probably go with your students

I think this sums it up pretty good. To avoid funny looks 15 to 16 for guys while girls can for as long as they like.

But there is a cheat code - take your children or really any younger relatives out as their chaperon and now there is no age limit and it comes without funny looks.....

I you don't mind people giving you looks and or making comments there is nothing stopping you from trick or treating although some people might refuse to give an older person candy.

If you got friends that like to chill a lot, like never. Because most of the time, you'll be getting candy and chilling at the same time.

But if you don't have any, almost immediately after you enter high school.

depends if you have a kid to bring with you. doesn't have to be your kid but if you have a kid with ya then the age limit is irrelevant

Whenever you are no longer skilled at cosplay.

Which for me, I'll never be too old to go trick or treating given my samurai outfit is flawless!

I think my last trick or treating was my sophomore year o highschool. So I was 16, probably can push till 18 or so if you. At this point I wouldn't personally. Being 20 and having facial hair I just don't see people giving me candy.
