I sent an email yesterday regarding a billing issue, and I still haven't heard back. How long does it take to hear from somebody?

My account was hijacked, the email address and password changed, and the account upgraded to annual using the card on file— without my consent. One of Crunchyroll's team members helped me get back into my account already (he saw my tweet and helped me out), but he said that support would have to help with my refund.

All I want is for my account to be switched back to my previous plan and the unauthorized upgrades that happened on 9/25 and 9/26 to be refunded. I've been a paying customer for years, and I've never had to contact support, but the wait for a response seems rather long for a billing related problem
