Hello all. I've seen this posted a couple times and instead of necroing a thread that the support seemed to know nothing about I wanted to see if anyone is still having these issues. First Its on any anime no matter what quality. Second it seems to happen more and more if my computer has either A) more than one tab open or has another program open.

This is really preventing me from enjoying the site and my brother who uses a different account on his computer at university has said hes been experiencing the same problems. Its kind of unnerving that no one has figured a fix for this and my first impression seems to be that its a method to save resources. I would really like a fix for this and would be happy to answer any questions. My brother and I both pay for premium on separate accounts on separate providers half a state away. I've also seen others with this problem and the admins best advice is to clean the cache which is a fancy way of saying delete history. So yes I've tried every option from the other threads as have other people and if i cant find a fix I might be left with no choice but to switch anime providers. I like to support the developers but if this is the best my money can get I'd rather spend it elsewhere.

EDIT: however it will happen even if my computer only has chrome firefox IE. I've tried every browser and settled back on chrome still the problem persists for me. My brother doesn't have it as bad as I do but his account is newer if that has anything to do with it. Hes also less computer-inclined.

This can be caused be a load of things, including site issues. You may want to contact site support or click the second link below.. I had this issue in the past and it stopped after I updated my PC and my Adobe Flash Player.

I did try that. Unfortunately it did not fix the issue.

Just a hunch, but does this happen after you go to another tab and leave the video paused? I've noticed that leaving it paused for any length of time will frequently cause it to freeze up when you try to resume play, anywhere from immediately to a few minutes later. Beats the heck out of me why.

Edit: Gyah, forgot to include the solution (as it were). At least for me, refresh always resumes play without any problems (unless I have to pause it again later).
