Just a heads up. When you go to cancel stuff you have the option of canceling reoccurring payments or cancel premium which is instantly removes premium. I wanted to enjoy the last day or so so I just hit stop reoccurring payments. Of course I clicked it and filled the survey 3 times because in my account it say "Renewal Payment: YES" but the popup at the top said it was canceled.

Well got charged today and now i'm $36 in in overdraft with my bank. So heads up that stop renewal option doesn't work.

I'm not sure what would have gone wrong there. Sometimes folks have trouble if they already have a payment pending when they try to make a change. Also, the site in general was seeming a little glitchy for a while.

If you haven't done so already, you should contact customer support directly to request a refund. You can use the Contact Us form. Make sure you select Billing as the issue to get a faster response.

I did and all they can do is refund the $6.

Not sure why it didn't cancel.
