Hi, not sure if this belongs in this section, but would appreciate some help, please. I'm a CR member based the UK, I'm trying to watch videos via the CR app on my Kindle Fire HD and on my Wii U but there is currently no video playback. when I select a video, an error message appears, saying "there is a problem loading the episode, please try again or contact support if the problem persists". I appreciate the Kindle Fire May be outdated and the Wii U isn't as good as say the PS4 or Xbox One but still! I've tried all the usual tricks ie. Logging in and out of the app, uninstalling/reinstalling, clearing the app data Etc but still the videos don't play. Please advise if there will be a solution to this issue? Am paying for a service that film not receiving. Many thanks.

I have (specifically) version 1.1.4 from sideloaded on mine and that works just fine (google "1.1.4 crunchyroll apk")... I have seen reports of 1.1.5 and 1.1.6 not working for some other users on other android devices. Note that the "official" Amazon CR app is still at 0.9.7, which isn't HD, and hasn't been kept up like the rest of the more general Android systems...

Also, you can (and should) edit your original post instead of adding second one..

Hi,

Thanks very much Asharka, it seems to be working now. Sorry for not being able to edit my post, this option wasn't available at the time, which is very odd?
SakeMaster - I've noticed it being a bit spotty on the WiiU too, although generally it's ok. Depends on the WiFi connection, I guess. Sadly I can't afford an ipad or Chromecast etc, will upgrade as and when i'm able, but will sadly use this for now

The WiiU one has always kind of been a bit spotty, that's the one I've had most issues with on any platform I use. The Kindle is probably a lost cause, though. I didn't even know people bought those things anyway.
