Wanted to make this earlier, but was busy. So, the Astros lead the Yankees 3-0 right now in the bottom of the seventh. Not looking good at all for the NYY. The Pirates and Cubs go at it tomorrow in the NL wildcard game before the Division Series start on Thursday. The Blue Jays look like the team to beat right now, they've been on a rampage since getting Tulowitzki and Price.

What say all of you?

Don't forget that the Texas Rangers had beat the Los Angeles Angels at the playoffs. They're soon going to be playing against the Toronto Blue Jays.

Game 1 is in the books. The Astros are off to Kansas City. Last time Houston won a postseason game, I was living there as an evacuee.

A 1 sided AL Wild Card, now we got the Cubs/Pirates tomorrow. I'm thinking Cubs easy, but hey, anything can happen.

Let me just start off by saying I haven't really watched much baseball at all this season. That being said, I think the Pirates are going to beat the Cubs tomorrow and I think the Royals are going to win the World Series.

The Pirates are a MUCH better ball club than the Cubs. In almost every way... except for Jake Arrieta in the 2nd half of this season. I think that the Cubs get by the Bucks to face the Cards, simply based on Arrieta.

After that, it is a toss-up. I am not sure if Stl actually has any major leaguers still on the roster at this point; I think they are all on the DL. And the Cubs will always be the Cubs. I think that they advance past Stl this year, but return to their usual antics and screw up majorly in the NLCS.

The Mets and Dodgers will be interesting. I think the Mets take it, they just seem like their roster has a bit more "want to". And the Dodgers under-perform every October.

I don't really pay attention to the AL, but I think we see a KC vs. NYM WS, with KC taking it in 5 games.

I really want the Jays to win.

Last time Toronto played in the playoff, I was less than a year old. They have been on rampage since acquiring Price and Tulowitzki before the non-waiver trade deadline. They also got Josh Donaldson, 2015 AL MVP candidate. IMO, he kept the team alive. Looking forward to Rangers vs. Blue Jays in ALDS.

My hometown team is Los Angeles Dodgers but I personally want Blue Jays to win.

It's been a few years, okay maybe closer to a decade or so since I last really cared about the playoffs. Seeing the Yankees lose is always a treat though. I guess if I were to root for a team it'd be the Cardinals. They've got an amazing fan base and that stadium is gorgeous. One of the few stadiums outside of Seattle (yeah, I'm a Mariners fan...) that I've visited. I guess seeing the Cubs break that curse of there's would be cool too, but I've had some pretty terrible experiences dealing with Cubs fans in the past.

Toronto and St. Louis are the favorites to win in my opinion. Can't see my Rangers beating Toronto.

Both my teams didn't even make the playoffs so as hypocritical as it may sound, I could care less about the MLB at this point. At least the Yankees got eliminated as well. BRING ON HOCKEY and BASKETBALL!

Sadly there is way too much parity in the MLB and NFL right now.

I want to see Arrieta (Cubs) vs. Price (Blue Jays). Obviously I want the Cubs to win, but anything can happen. If my cubs don't make it, I'll take any team but the Cardinals. Let's take it one game at a time.
