I'd like to say for the record my other post in GD got deleted and this one still has not be replied to, this is some sketchy shit.

P.S. why can't I remove my credit card info from the site?

Well, I'm not the person who closed your other thread, but as they said, cross posting into an area that the thread doesn't belong isn't the way to do things, either.

In any case, mods can't do anything about billing. We're not paid employees, so we don't have access to your billing info. The support forum is the best place to get a response to this problem, if you want to post in the forums. Or use /help?topic=contact, list it as a Premium or Billing issue, and that will get you in the support queue.

That's awesome, so if support are paid employees why aren't they on at 3:15 on a wednesday? I mean the Customer service here is pretty bad....

I've been in the support queue for 30 more minutes than the age of this post....Which is very troubling.

The worst part of it all is that originally my answer to the 4th question in the survey was "I really love crunchy roll I'm just unsubbing for a bit because my wife just got a new car and we have our second child due in december, but I really love you guys and will resub as soon as possible."

After not being able to unsub I feel as if this site isn't worth my money anymore, I mean this is a horrible customer service failure if you can't let your customers unsub at will, then don't respond to them after over an hour of wait time. I mean am I on hold with TimeWarner or what?

They have work to do, and peruse the forums when possible - but I know they're quite busy with folks who have contacted them through contact form, and forum peeks are somewhat rare, though they tend to answer lots of questions at once when they can get in here.

That's my issue though, I've had a support ticket open for over an hour. I mean is steam support leaking? And no having a phone number for a Point of Contact for a company like this is ridiculous.

I hate to tell you, but you might want to grab a chair and a sleeping bag. I get the feeling this may take a lot longer than you're expecting.

If you already contacted support directly you should have received an autoresponse indicating that it could be a day or two for a direct response. They are currently understaffed, but they do give billing issues a high priority.

As to your situation, this commonly happens if you try to cancel while your monthly payment is already pending. Once the payment goes through, you'd be able to cancel. If that happens (payment goes through when you really didn't want to pay it), you'd need to contact support directly anyway.

I know it's frustrating to have to wait, but that's pretty much what you need to do. Support doesn't handle specific account situations via the forums (which are primarily a space for peer to peer assistance, and we can't solve this problem for you; we can only indicate why it's probably happening.

Kind of random, but if you use the "quote" link next to a post, as I've been doing for you, it'll give a notification to the person you're replying to, so they know you said something back to them. Doesn't matter if you leave the quoted post in (like I've been doing) or not, but it may make things easier.

They don't have a phone bank to answer questions like TimeWarner does. CR has a pretty tiny staff, really, and they don't outsource support. I'm sure you saw in the auto-reply to your support query - they'll do their best to get to you in 24-48 hours, or something like that? It's been a while since I submitted a support query, but I do remember seeing that kind of line in there.
