Damn shame Japan failed in its colonial ventures. The world would be a better place if the Greater East Asian Co Prosperity Sphere controlled the majority of the globe.

Ok I'll Bite.

Do you have any idea what Japan did during its Colonial escapades? It's seriously on par with Nazi Germany's Adventures. It was bad enough that the Nazi's, receiving updates from their embassy in China, said "Man that stuff the Japanese are doing is really messed up, lets get out of there." Yes. Even the Nazi's looked at what they were doing and tried to distance themselves from it.

What makes you honestly think it would have stopped where it did, which only stopped because you know, they lost the war. I mean I guess at least they are 1-2 in major power conflicts?

Thats likely western propaganda remember winners write the history books. The Allies committed plenty of atrocities in world war 2 as well its just glossed over because they came out on top.

This isn't some made up propaganda. They did real atrocious things leading up to the second world war, right up to the bitter end. Read "Rape of Nanking". The Germans eventually admitted to what they did and have paid restitution for their actions during the course of the war. The Japanese outright deny that they did anything illegal. Their history books don't mention them invading China and pretty much gloss over the second World War entirely. There is mountains of evidence of the heinous acts that took place in Japanese occupied China, let alone the rest of the Pacific they had invaded. Why do you think their is such animosity between not only China and Japan, but also Korea and Japan, and Vietnam and Japan? Because they had a disagreement over some islands? This goes back many decades.

People forget that Aruba is part of the Netherlands

The Netherlands and Denmark are two separate countries. They only have a trade link history.

This might help you

I know that the Netherlands and Denmark are two separate countries. I was stating that Aruba is part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands because I thought we were going to have a discussion on european imperialism.

He's right the Japanese were sick during WW2. The military dictatorship in Japan were doing some sick experiments with Chinese and Americans. However we downplayed Japan's crimes because China turned communist and became an enemy. It was more beneficial to have Japan a strong ally against China rather than work with the Chinese to punish Japan.

I think it's the truth. I'd post photos, but god forbid people see a half decapitated woman. I mean, it was pretty well documented. Remember, in certain cases Axis allied scientists were given reprieve due to the power of their research, regardless of how many people suffered, from the building of Braun's V8 to the multiple cases of hypothermia, and who can forget the biological weapon's practice of unit 741? (Not sure of unit 741 actually got away with it.) Not to mention Japanese apologists finding a lack of war crimes, (Which there probably were.) as their progenitors have warned against during the pacific war time.
