I'm two support tickets in with a single response from roughly two weeks ago from a CR staff member. Could I please get my own account back? I'm actually using the second (of three) accounts that I'm paying for to post this, as I'm paying for two as gifts in addition to my own, which was the one with the presumably compromised security.

Could I please have the issue addressed? It would be a huge pain to get a chargeback on my card, and it would cost CR more, but at this point I'd rather like the $100 or so back, and being unable to use my account since September is super irritating, since I'm completely reliant on receiving an email back about support tickets, with CR's lack of any phone support.

Got any additional information for me that will help me to identify your ticket?

My original ticket was being answered by Robert. The account name is oytray, and the email address is [email protected] I didn't spot a tracking number or anything like that anywhere, but I did respond to Robert telling him the last 4 digits of my credit card, my billing zip code, first and last name, and the expiration date. If it's safer to communicate via email I can do that as well, I still have access to my yahoo account (I did a virus scan and changed the password, as well as confirming my recovery email address) and I can also use my gmail account, [email protected] Thanks for taking a look!

Fixed up your proper account and sent you the standard email with all the procedures. Some of things you said you already did, so ignore those.

Awesome, thanks a bunch for the help, I appreciate it. Is it possible to get the charge reversed as well? I definitely still want to stay a premium member, and I don't mind paying for a full year of it, but I don't really care about premium+ since I don't really buy anything in the store. If it's a big inconvenience I'm not all that worried about the extra money, so long as I have the account back.

Done. Should take between 3 to 5 days to reflect on your account. Added the 27 days you missed separately. Once those run out just sign back up manually for Premium.
