Hey, guys, on October 5th I put in a support ticket and I still haven't received a response beyond the "You will be serviced in 2 days" automated message. Would a mod be able to check if I'm still in the support queue? I just think it's odd that I've been waiting for more than double the estimated queue time.

What kind of issue did you inquire about? I can look it up when I'm at home.

Thanks, I accidentally forgot to change my billing option from monthly to 12 month on my last billing period. I wanted to know if I could be charged the difference and upgraded to a 12 month plan instead. It may seem late now, but my ticket was submitted within like an hour of the billing time.
