I used to hit bars/pubs but I don't anymore. Most clubs have cover charges, I don't feel the need to pay to get in to buy drinks... Some places refund the "cover" with the first drink but those places are too spendy for me anyway.

I might change my mind after I get settled again...

I have always enjoyed clubs. Always a new DJ to listen too and a large number of new people to meet not to mention its a place I can freely dance! If you break into dance at a pub you just get looks lol

Yeah, pretty rare you ever meet a girl that dont like to dance. Of all the things where i conquered my fear, dancing was just not one of them.

Clubs are horrible - too loud and too crowded. Can never hold a decent conversation in one, and at the end of the night it feels like my hearing's been permanently damaged.

Pubs are preferred, especially those that have a good cook. Nothing like good food when getting soused drinking responsibly.

Watch some dance videos and practice at home backyards are great for it so are basements its where we all start :p Also as much as all you homophobes hate it. The best place to practice in public is an alternative club. No one judges and no looks, everyone is there is have fun while other clubs its pretty much a new food chain.

Neither. Aside from the fact that I very much dislike socialising in public, there's a reason I hate pubs and clubs.

Pubs = Screaming kids and overcrowded with old people.

Clubs = Insanely loud music with sluts and guys picking fights over nothing.

^3 lol buy yeah food n booze is good
^2 yeah i think iam kind of past ever wanting to learn to dance.
^ lol well only some pubs are like that! they are not all family friendly and only some are just full of old men getting away from their wives and old lady playing the pokie machines.
Yeah about clubs, i haven't seen many fights actually insdie them and sluts are not a bad thing?

Pubs for sure. Having a laugh with friends is possible in pubs but in clubs you can't hear them through the crappy music. I prefer to stay inside and play games over going to a club.

I like small pubs. Less noise, no pressure to be "cool", people there generally leave you alone, and buying food and drink doesn't put a gaping hole in my budget.
