So I bought myself a Vanilla Mastercard ($25) too buy some stuff online. It turns out the site I wanted to buy from didn't accept this...for some reason. It sucks but I then thought I would try out CrunchyRoll's free trial I found out they needed a credit card to get you're free trail started, so I typed out all the infromation needed from my Vanilla Mastercard.

They accepted it! yay... but now what happens at the end of my free trial? will they automatically bill me for a membership or can I cancel out near the end of my free trialand not have to pay for a thing?

You have to cancel it before the trial ends, they automatically bill it

Alright then Cancel before it ends. Least for a day or two I get a taste of what CrunchyRoll is like lol. (I know it's a 14 day trial but I don't trust myself to remember until the near end lol)

Yeah, it's good to err on the early side. Although you won't be charged until after the trial ends, the payment goes into a "pending" phase about a day before or on the last day of trial, making it more of a hassle to cancel if you wait until the very last minute.

If it turns out you do want to keep using Crunchy (now or later), but don't have a card you want to have automatically hit with a charge every month, you should be able to use your card to buy a CR membership gift --and give it to yourself.

This would end when the month is over after you redeem the gift code, so you don't have to worry about recurring charges.
