Legend of the Overfiend. I watched it for educational reasons because it is a classic but it left permanent scars.

Don't worry Sap it can't hurt you anymore

I'm usually pretty good about dropping stuff I feel I'd regret, but mostly recently uh...

Ranpo Kitan
Dirty Jokes
Saekano
Captain Earth

I have a feeling Owarimonogatari is going to be added to this list if they don't stop talking about math tests

Black Bullet.

The only good part was when it ended and I realized I would never watch anything like it again.

Black Lagoon.....it was far too depressing and bleak for my tastes.

Le Portrait de Petite Cossette. Atrocious.

I think this is the only anime I truly regret seeing, I literally wanted my two hours back afterwards. It even made me feel dirty inside.

School days.. I don't even know how I kept going with that one. Never met someone (who has watched it) who didn't think it was a waste of time so you would be the first xD

At least School Days has the novelty of being one of the most infamous anime ever made.

It was tough to watch but actually I liked School Days because at least there was character development.
School Days can be called alot of things but generic ain't one

I regret trying to watch:
- Hellsing (Way to fail at trying to appear as cool as possible; stupid grin, stupid pose, oh yeah, just stupid)
- School Days (The protagonist and all the girls are more annoying than Naruto; and no I won't "endure" it until the ending)
- Evangelion (3, 2, 1, lift off! Now, a closeup on a computer panel that tells me absolutely nothing... for 15 seconds)
- Monster (What is this even about? Don't tell me; I don't think anyone knows, and I don't care anymore)
- Ghost In Shell (What is this about? Don't tell me; I don't think anyone knows, and I don't care anymore... And, hey, nice long closeup shot on that computer panel... ugh)

Yeah, there are tons of these that could've been executed better. When they decide to remake Evangelion I'll definitely try to watch it again, though, even though I cannot stand mecha one bit.

Thanks for the support, Ciros. Seriously gives new meaning to the term "nightmare fuel". Like staring into the darkness of the human soul. Was that hyperbolic? I don't even think it is.

Anyway, moving on, I can see why you chose those shows. I also have shows I regret sticking out until the end. Black Bullet has been mentioned here. Felt the same way about Rokka no Yuusha and Akatsuki no Yona because people who've read the source material kept convincing me to keep watching and I listened to them.

I implemented a 3 episode rule because of kimi ga nozomu eien.

Now I will only give an anime 3 episodes before I decide it goes into the bin.

I don't know. I thought Kotonoha was far too removed from human beings and our understanding of normal psychology to be actually considered good character development. Makoto had like one humane moment, and Sekai was just despicable. I feel it is a poor man's tragedy gone wrong.
