A few days ago I quit my debate team, during that time to now I had been wondering about a certain member of that group, the valedictorian-to-be. Looking at his achievements he has above a 4.5 gpa (even I must admit I’m impressed) is in 4 sports, like 10 clubs(a bunch of them having to do with helping people, current events, and the enviornment) and has not been absent or even late to school. To tell you the truth I do kind of believe he is perfect, but that just my opinion and experience with the topic.
So I’ll ask it right now, do you believe in perfection and why?

what type of debate did you do? (policy, pfd, ld, ...)

Nobody is perfect because perfect is in the eye of the beholder so what you think of perfect isn't what another person thinks is perfect..so..everybody would have to think the same and think that one person if perfect to make them perfect... i wonder if that all made sense... :D

Or... "Nobody is perfect, i am nobody, therefore i am perfect" heh

perfection is onli a state of mind, its simply when u cant find any flaws or cant seem to view it in a negative way... i think im perfect (no, its not egoism... just self confidence and dont judge me yet) because im everything i ever wanted to be, no, i dont get straight A's nor is my body flawless, im not the most popular kid out there and my room is quite messy.. but i like who i am and i wouldnt have me any other way, thats wat perfection means to me

Nah its impossible to be perfect...we are all retarded in our own special way =D though you can be perfectly hot.....wait does that make sense o.O eh whatever....I'll just end it here by saying its impossible to be perfect!

The only way to attain perfection is when you limit boundaries that enable perfection to be easily attainable. Let's say we limit the example to one's tests in a particular subject. There are 4 tests and all of them are 100% except the 4th one which is 95%. Looking at it as a whole, it's not perfect. However if you limit the domain to the first three, first two, second two, any one test before the 4th or any of these combinations it can be said that it is perfect. This also applies that we rule out specifics such as penmanship or any erasures made in those 100% tests. This can be applied to expanded versions in your life. You had ups and downs and there are times when you feel everything is in its right place and it feels perfect. So even if it's temporary, perfection may still be attainable. So I have to modify my previous post about believing perfection cannot be attained. On the whole, it's not possible but instantaneous circumstances can be in a state of perfection.
