I never read Manga, I was browsing though some and saw this "The Legend of Onikirimaru". I was wondering when will this one ever come out on Anime?

Is there some site that have planned for Manga to be out on Anime? I'm assuming it'll take like year or so after announcement?

Just something to add on a list to watch in the future once its become Anime..

It's is hard to tell. Sometimes they will announce the anime for the manga in the magazines that they are normally serialized in. You can keep an eye on anime news sites like anime news network, and maybe they will publish the announcement. But there is no way to know if any one series will get an anime ahead of an official announcement.

There are many times more manga than anime so the odds are very low for a particular manga to spawn an anime. However there are a few factors that make an anime series more likely.
If the manga artist is well known and inspired successful anime before, it is more likely that their next manga project will also be adapted into an anime (for example, Takahashi Rumiko [Urusei Yatsura & Ranma 1/2] or Clamp [Magic Knight Rayearth & xxxHollic]).
The next clue is the level of interest the Japanese market has in the manga (for example, level of sales and fan site activity). The anime producers are more likely to select a fashionable product to adapt.

But as mimosa_usagi said, there is no way to know beyond guessing until the official announcement comes out.
