I let my membership end because i was switching cards and wanted to make sure that it didn't keep billing my old one. when it ran out and i went to put the other one on it takes me to the 14 day free trial thing. because i already used a master card i tells me "Sorry, you can have only one free trial per payment method" and wont let me continue past that. So i cant get another premium membership rolling again. If you know how to fix this let me know please.

I'm having the same problem. It's been going on a while now, but I can't upgrade my account back to Premium, everytime I do it takes me to the 14 day free trial thing ;_;

or if you want Plus:

I'm just curious why this is still an issue in mid 2016. Surely someone should have fixed this by now - it's a huge flaw in CrunchyRoll's servers and has been for a while! Could potentially be turning off hundreds of new customers.

I too am getting this message and haven't been this irritated in a while .
