Hi guys,

I have tried several times to cancel my subscription, and then my premium status altogether, but it still shows that I have a premium recurring subscription.

I received an email confirmation of cancellation, so why does my account still show me with service?

I must have a true and consistent confirmation of account cancellation for my records, please. Why is it so difficult to cancel a simple $6 subscription?

Anybody else have similar difficulties/inconsistencies?

Unless you are on a trial subscription, the cancellation of your premium benefits doesn't fully kick in until the end of the period you've already paid for. (Previously people were upset because cancellation kicked in immediately and people therefore "lost" the days they'd already paid for.)
