I'm adopting the habit of drinking almost exclusively water (allowing myself a scattered coffee when I feel like it - and I take my coffee black), and the sugar cravings do sometimes sneak up on me. I don't keep much sugary stuff around though, so it's not a problem. I do indulge in sweets every now and then, but I primarily eat cooked meals, which don't normally include sugar as a major ingredient.

I have a weakness for baked goods, but other than that, I've always been the type to skip dessert in favour of another serving of the meal, so I think I'm better off than many when it comes to the degree of my sugar addiction.

As someone who can't cooked and eats pre-made food....i wish they would have less sugar.

I can't stand soda due to acidity, though I don't really mind sugar. I like sweets but I still keep my health in mind sometimes

Humans are weak. My only diet is sugar and I couldn't be healthier.

Really?

I hate the sugar and carbonation the acidity is what makes me drink it.

I don't particularly care about my health, but if I can't run up the stairs without being out of breath I see it as a problem.

Healthy sure I feel I don't have to worry about health things till I'm much much older.

Now in regards to sugar what do you mean? Cane sugar? High Fructose Corn Syrup? Digestible carbohydrates (not fiber which are carbs indigestible by humans)? Or are you going by what the food label says of how much sugar is in a certain product?

Suger is not that bad nor is fat, unless used wrong.
Or give it to someone that gets too addicted to it.

I had acidity problems in my stomach before so I stopped drinking soda (for years). Now whenever I try drinking soda I just can't take more than a couple of sips and I feel like I just wanna throw up lol

How bad is your health.
Personally i only have to much sugar twice a week (to me thats moderation) in which i have a 600ml cola.

Tonight i plan to get a muffin and a frozen coke along side a kebab for dinner.

I have thought about all the negative i can have from drinking even 1 can of cola (over the daily sugar limit) and come to one conclusion.

YOLO i'm going to die anyway and my water i have drunk for the last 3 years has sucralose in it (to make it drinkable for me (yay for having a disability that impacts taste))

At the end of last month I was type 2 as of this month I'm still type 2 in both cases it was managed with diet and metformin wonderful stuff makes you have the runs. But started a new job that has me moving and I'm half the dose I was last month and should be free of it by the end of the year or sooner depends on how bad my blood sugar gets when it heads down. Really nice seeing blood sugars in the 80s and not the 100s.

Well since we already have basic brain to brain communication I don't see it being that much of a stretch to get there though nano tech the last time I looked was still lagging behind to do it well.
