Depends on what you mean.

I've done so while reading historical literature, if that counts.

Otherwise, no. I haven't.

Between friends or my brothers in a non serious manner sure, but never with strangers or in public.

No not really
Growing up speaking only Spanish we have two words which are guero which means light skinned and moreno which means dark skin. Those are the only words I've said though they are not looked as 'racist'
For example my whole family calls me guera because I'm extremely light skinned and my cousin Moreno because he's extremely dark
It's almost like a term of endearment

Yeah I wouldn't say that counts, cultural context is completely different. When I was studying abroad in S.A. everybody called my blonde friend mono or gringo, but it was more as a way of identification rather than as an insult.

True. Calling Americans 'American' is weird because we're all technically American if we live in North or South America. Gringo pretty much just means United States citizen, but they prob already told you that lol
Btw where's your avi from? She looks oddly familiar but I can't put my finger on it

Vert from the Neptunia series. I used one of the skins to change her hair color though.

All the time. That's the great thing about America, freedom of speech. Unless you are in office, the police, in politics, a judge, congressman or woman, Senator, work for a high end company, work for a low end company, a church, Catholic, with your girlfriend, your children, your mom, or little sister...
So yeah, every chance I get...which is why I'm so frustrated right now, and like monster truck shows, and WWF!
Excuse me, I don't have time to answer your frigging question right now...

Yes, a few times when I was a child. Not calling out to anyone using specific slurs just talking about certain groups, "those people". I grew and learnt better. No I never used the N word though I have used the Spanish word for black as a description because where I grew up in the Caribbean its common to have both French and Spanish words or phrases used. One of the words I used got used on me when I got back to the UK but not as a slur as a description. It turned out that one country's insult meant something different in another country. I got asked, "are you a *****?" A bit alarmed I asked what they meant. It turned out that they just wanted to know what kind of biracial mix I was. I let them know that does not describe me. I got, "Well you look it."

I called some girl back in middle school a black ass cockroach. But in my defense, I was under duress from bullying and I also didn't have that education about racism in america considering I'm from another country where my parents look white but grandparents are charcoal black.
