You might want go to google and search up "Verizon $2 Million" because this family is out of luck and I apoligize if another person has already started another thread but a couple was charged for a one month subscription to Verizon at the amount of $2,156,593.64. What are your thoughts and opinions?

The error was corrected states so in the articles I read and as for Verizon being a horrible company try AT&T they have done the same type of thing back in the day. These things happen and they get corrected. Wasn't uncommon back when data was handled differently to have folks calling in with bill shock and seeing 5 grand in data charges I had to go through and see if it was valid since normal customer service didn't know how the majority of the time it was butt dialing the internet so not valid. Which is why even with the unlimited data plan i had I was a miser with it.

i never lied verizon i always used virgin mobile. ive never had a problem with them.
